Or a combination of both? ✔️ Provide details of the property. (a) Address (b) Type, e.g. 4 bedrooms unit with 4 bathrooms (c) Area, e.g. 876 sqft. (d)Tenure, e.g FH, 99-years (e) Floor plans / Landsize for landed properties ✔️ Is this an owner occupied unit? Or is this an empty (bare) unit? ✔️ Get video shoot permits from the relevant parties (e.g MCST) ✔️ Generate the content / script using our given pre-script template.
3 DAYS BEFORE THE SHOOT ✔️ Run-through of your script via zoom and the production brief of the actual day filming
ON THE ACTUAL DAY OF VIDEO SHOOT ✔️ Check-in for contact tracing purpose. ✔️ Ensure that the property is well-kept ✔️ Presenter is ready to be on-screen. Eg. clean hair, shoes, tidy dress.. ✔️ Relax and enjoy the filming process. ✔️ The filming will take between 1.5 hours - 3 hours approx.
AFTER THE SHOOT ✔️ Post-production normally takes about 5 working days ✔️ Draft copy will be shared with you first. Do let us know of any revision to be made (max 2 times please..) ✔️ Once the draft is confirmed, we will upload the video onto our social media platforms. ✔️ Use the link provided and embed it to your property listings portal.
